Today was busy! We met with a woman from the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and went to several locations around town introducing ourselves and handing out business cards! It was tiring but it felt good to get some things accomplished.
We're still working on our website little bits at a time. Holistic Solace is now on Twitter! Check us outhere! Also trying to design a business card that's a little less "stock" and a little more personalized. Things are coming along nicely overall.

A little bit about me - Elle :)

Hey everybody! Thanks for taking interest in Holistic Solace and me! I wanted to share a little about myself so that you can get familiar with who I am.

I guess I should start out by saying that first and foremost I am a mother to three gorgeous, brilliant children and I couldn't be more proud of each of my little people. My son Ian is in third grade and full of life and spirit. He's the best big brother any little sister could want! My daughters, Lilyanna and Delilah, who are 3 and 2 years old, absolutely adore their brother.

What is Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy is a very specialized form of massage therapy. A therapist trained in NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy) is educated in the physiology of the nervous system and its effect on the muscular and skeletal systems. By definition, Neuromuscular Therapy is theutilization of static pressure on specific myofascial or trigger points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin and fascia) to balance the muscular system with the nervous system.
